The closest coastline is less than 800m away and Faragas Beach lies in a distance of a 2 minutes drive, while Paros Airport can be reached in a 10 minutes drive. The charming village of Alyki is also in a reach of only 2 minutes drive. Apart from this privileged position, the specific spot of this property is very quiet and can easily be reached by a surfaced road which is not used for transit traffic.

The property is built on a 10.600 m2 plot area and comprises of  436 m2 building space with an additional 38 m2 gym space. The villa also features a 25 m lap swimming pool.

HOUSE LAYOUT
In total the house comprises of 6 bedrooms ensuite, plus an independent staff bedroom.
From the main entrance, that includes a wardrobe and a WC, one is directed to the living areas to the west with separate living, dining and kitchen facilities. Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom are found to the east. The largest in size, the master bedroom at the far end, includes a wardrobe area and a large shower with two separate water closets.
Three additional guest rooms, each with its own bathroom have exterior access and are found on the west end of the structure. Also accessed through the back of the house are the separate maid’s room, pool bathroom and a gym.

LANDSCAPING

The garden’s plan was inspired by Paul Klee’s paintings. It is planted with cycladic and greek ora, bushes, herbs and local trees.
